Built in 1969 and acquired in 2011, Ansel Flats contains seventeen one-bedroom units and one studio. After the acquisition, Palisade Partners renovated all units to feature maple cabinetry, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, modern fixtures, granite and quartz countertops, and tile backsplashes.
In addition to the great central location, residents enjoy reserved off-street parking, on-site laundry, controlled access, and a new rooftop deck.

1756 Clarkson Street
60-unit certified LEED Silver apartment building. Amenities include rooftop deck, community room and on-site parking.
Palisade Partners completed construction of 1756 Clarkson and sold the building in 2014. The building includes 60 units comprised of 32 lofts, nineteen one-bedrooms, and nine two-bedrooms. 1756 Clarkson is a certified LEED Silver building.
1756 Clarkson has a modern style with classic, art deco touches and features luxury vinyl tile flooring, modern cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and contemporary fixtures, perfect for urban living. 1756 Clarkson also includes such environmentally friendly features as fluorescent light bulbs and light timers in public spaces, preferred parking for low-emission vehicles, low-flow toilets, and high-efficiency water heaters.
Amenities include a coffee station, Wi-Fi, reserved secured parking, in-unit laundry, a rooftop deck with a stunning skyline view of downtown Denver, and a community room with pool table, TV, and kegerator.

Esplanade was the first property acquired by Palisade Partners. Esplanade’s two buildings comprise 26 units, built in 1959 and 1960. Palisade Partners purchased Esplanade in 2010 and renovated all units.
Esplanade features granite and quartz countertops, hardwood floors, maple cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. Esplanade has three studios and 23 one-bedroom units. Palisade Partners sold Esplanade in 2014.
THE BROWNSTONES AT KING STROUD COURT
2400 Washington Street
Three-story for-sale townhomes.
Palisade Partners, Civil Technologies, and Confluence Companies partnered to redevelop 24th and Washington into 3-story townhomes. These townhomes feature a classic style with modern amenities and great Denver skyline views. These townhomes offer a transition between the urban fabric of Welton Street and the quiet neighborhoods beyond. The townhomes were built as three-story structures, lower than zoning, based on conversations with the surrounding neighborhood.
The Brownstones were completed and sold in the summer of 2016.

Renovation of a 15-unit apartment building.
VeloCITY combines modern finishes and amenities in a smaller, more intimate building, located in LoHi, one of Denver’s most popular neighborhoods. Apartment finishes include maple cabinetry, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, updated fixtures, tile backsplashes, and granite and quartz countertops. VeloCITY also provides a rare amenity for a smaller apartment building: a rooftop deck with grill and sweeping views of Denver.
Resident amenities include on-site laundry, controlled access, and reserved, off-street parking. VeloCITY provides easy access to all that LoHi has to offer and is a short walk or bike ride from downtown.
Palisade Partners purchased VeloCITY in 2011 and renovated the building and all apartments. Palisade sold VeloCITY in 2021.

Vertice is a beautifully renovated building on a quiet street in West Wash Park, within walking distance of Denver’s most popular park, as well as Whole Foods, the Louisiana/Pearl light rail station, local bars and restaurants, and Old South Pearl. Vertice’s twenty one-bedroom units have hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite and quartz countertops, maple cabinetry, updated fixtures, and tile backsplashes.
Vertice includes resident amenities such as bike storage, a courtyard, on-site parking, and a rooftop patio with downtown and mountain views.
Palisade Partners purchased the 1970 building in 2010 and renovated all but one apartment. Palisade sold Vertice in 2021.
JEFFERSON PARK PLACE
2100 Decatur Street
Renovation of a 15-unit apartment building.
Jefferson Park Place is a 27-unit townhome development in its namesake neighborhood of Jefferson Park, a rapidly growing neighborhood northwest of downtown Denver. JPP was designed with modern convenience and contemporary style in mind, with smaller floorplans to provide a more affordable price point for buyers. All JPP townhomes have top-floor decks with fantastic downtown views.
Palisade Partners purchased the land for this project in 2013 and completed construction of the project in 2015. All townhomes have been sold.
