B Street LoHi includes 73 newly constructed apartments, an amazing skyline view of downtown, and a prime spot in Denver’s popular LoHi neighborhood. B Street LoHi is a short stroll from such neighborhood staples as Lola, Linger, Little Man, and Amato’s, or is a quick bike ride from downtown via the Highland Bridge. B Street LoHi features modern cabinetry, luxury vinyl tile flooring, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and 9-foot ceilings. B Street LoHi is the first project in the nation to use the Prescient steel framing system.
B Street is a LEED Silver building and contains several environmentally friendly features including fluorescent light bulbs and light timers in public spaces, preferred parking for low-emission vehicles, low-flow toilets, and high-efficiency water heaters for environmentally-conscious residents. Other amenities include a fitness center, a coffee station, in-unit laundry, reserved covered/uncovered parking, and a rooftop deck with a community grill and a community room with DirecTV, a pool table, and a kegerator.
