Hunter's View

Located on the grounds of Frost Creek Country Club (the 14th-ranked golf course in Colorado), Hunter’s View is a thoughtfully designed development with easy access to the club’s amenities and the mountains. The neighborhood consists of 44 newly constructed, customizable homes for families to make their new home base. These turnkey homes have three main layouts to choose from, with either three or four bedrooms starting at 2,300 square feet and up to 2,875. All homes also have an attached garage with room for at least two cars and storage. The development itself is nestled on 81 acres of land surrounded by fully protected and untouched wilderness. The neighborhood was carefully curated to maintain this federally protected land while also providing each home with sweeping Rocky Mountain and Brush Creek Valley views.
