Summit Sky Ranch

Summit Sky Ranch is a community of 240 single-family properties built to blend into the 416-acre property. With a focus on open space and conservation and maintaining an active, vibrant community, our lots and home options are designed to combine the organic shapes of a mountain property with the clean lines of modern styling and architecture. Approximately 60% of the property is open space, including a large portion of wetlands. Respect for and stewardship of nature is a core value of the development team and the homeowners. The homes are constructed with a high standard of insulation and an efficient radiant heat system. The homes’ aesthetic features modern finishes that are complementary to the surrounding outdoor landscape that Colorado and the mountains have to offer. The team has placed emphasis on natural landscaping, limited sodded grass areas. Summit Sky is also a dark skies community which means it is dedicated to preserving the night sky and sets an example for surrounding communities with responsible outdoor lighting practices.

Originally homesteaded in the 1860s, the property known as Maryland Creek Ranch was first used as ranch land for hay production and Scottish Highland Cattle. There were initially eight families that staked homestead claims on the nearly 1100 acres of Maryland Creek Ranch, each with their very own brand.

One hundred percent of both homes are sold out, and construction is expected to be completed in 2023.
