The Lydian

The Lydian, an eight-story mixed-use apartment building, was completed by Palisade Partners in partnership with Confluence Companies in 2018. The building boasts 129 apartment units, a portion dedicated to the affordable housing program, and 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The second floor of the building holds 15,000 square feet of coworking space.

The Lydian gets its name from one of the major jazz scales known as the Lydian Scale, distinguished for its unique musical color and sound. One of the oldest neighborhoods in Denver, the Five Points district is known for its rich history of a booming jazz and arts scene. The Lydian displays a jazz-themed sculpture with vignettes of Five Points’ history on the exterior of the building so pedestrians can get a glimpse into the neighborhood’s past and celebrate its roots.

Residents can enjoy a state-of-the-art fitness center featuring Peloton Bikes, free weights, and even exclusive yoga classes on the rooftop deck. The deck offers sweeping city and mountain views, fully equipped with a spa-inspired wading pool, luxury lounge chairs, gas grills, and a firepit. The structure also includes a resident clubroom, garage parking, bike storage, and a secure package system. Individual units include in-unit laundry, quartz countertops, Energy Star eco-friendly appliances, electric temperature controls, walk-in closets, and private balconies in select units.

If residents find themselves wanting to get out and about, they can explore local favorites like Rosenberg’s Bagels, Coffee at the Point, Birdcall, Goed Zuur, and Curtis Park Delicatessen. Residents can also choose to use the 25th and Welton Light Rail Station, just steps outside the front door, to take them downtown.
